Holy Christ, it’s The Plot Hole’s first official contest! Someone get me a moist towelette, for I fear I have shat myself: it’s that intense.

Okay, so, maybe not. But hey, can you blame a brother for trying to drum up some enthusiasm?

Anyway.

Seeing as how we just launched the site, the first contest naturally must be one of participation. It will run on a simple one point per task structure. Basically, for every action you take, you get a point. The person with the most points by October 15th will win. Win what, you ask? Got you covered:

You will win an autographed copy of Us Sinners. Not only is it as yet undistributed (meaning you will be one of a select few who’ve even seen it) but it is the recipient of the first ever Zombie Boy Seal of Approval. No small feat, if I do say so myself. Read the review over here. Go ahead. I’ll wait. Done? Good. And now, the actionable points:

Sign up at the forum.
Subscribe to the Video Dead, Celluloid Catharsis, and Margiana’s Tattoo (one point for each).
Friend us at Myspace.
Subscribe to the Myspace blog.
Check out the Us Sinners website and send George an email telling him what you thought of it, and that I sent you.
Remember to send me an email and tell me what you’ve done (in case you have different monikers for some of them)

So there is a total of 7-points. What if everyone does them? Then they’ll all be tied. What then, ZB?

Simple. You will likewise get one point for every actionable task that you get someone else to do as well. Just remind them to send me an email telling me what they’ve done and who sent them. And then your points are only limited by how ambitious and persuasive you are. If it helps, I will be including various other goodies along with the DVD. Because I’m good like that.
